Conditions of inspection

Owner's agreement

1. Access. The owner grants the inspector access to every room, including rooms the owner forgot about and rooms beneath the map.

2. Conduct. The owner shall not push, recentre, mute or cage the inspector, and shall not ask the inspector whether they are "having fun".

3. Findings. The owner accepts that a wall is wherever the inspector could not walk, regardless of where it appears to be.

4. The mirror. The owner waives any right to object to the counting of mirror occupants, including the owner.
